Whispering Hills Vineyard Corporation is in the business of researching and developing value added products, processing equipment, growing and entering growers contracts, processing and marketing, and education.

Whispering Hills Vineyard Corporation is offering equity investors common shares in the corporation, and may from time to time offer preferred shares, debentures, bonds and other investments. Loans may be required and a limited line of credit applies, all subject to applicable securities laws and regulations.

Whispering Hills Vineyard Corporation will enter into several joint venture and licensing agreements with individuals and corporations to grow, propagate, process, and market, as well as manufacturing of harvesting, drying, processing and package equipment.
